•You can zoom with the zoom lever or the Control (W/T) button on the LCD panel.
•Zoom magnification over 10x uses digital image processing, and is therefore called digital zoom. Digital zooming can increase image size up to 1200x.

Tip |
| When using the zoom function, you can decrease its speed by moving the Zoom (W/T) lever slowly. |

| Moving it quickly increases the zoom speed. However, if you use the Zoom (W/T) button on the display, |

| you cannot adjust the zoom speed. |
|
|

| • Optical zoom preserves image quality, but during digital zoom, the image quality may suffer. |

| • Fast zooming or zooming in on a far subject may cause slow focus. In this case, use "Manual |
