8Appliance Setup

A. Remove Shipping Materials

Remove shipping materials from inside or underneath the fi rebox.

C. Flue Restrictor Installation

When your installation falls within a shaded area on the vent graph (page 11) a ue restrictor must be installed for proper operation.

B. Leg Leveling System

Figure 8.1 Thread Allen bolts through nuts until fl ush. The Allen bolts and nuts are included in the component pack inside the appliance fi rebox.

Figure 8.4 Installation of the fl ue restrictor requires the removal of the baffl e located inside the fi rebox. Remove the baffl e by fi rst removing the two screws holding the baffl e in place (one on each side). Lift the baffl e out of the bracket along the back of the fi rebox, angle the baffl e slightly and remove it from the fi rebox.
