Programme Rating Lock

MENU Broadcasting Programme Rating Lock

(Depending on the country)

When turned on, the Programme Rating Lock feature can automatically block programmes that you deem inappropriate for your children. You must enter a PIN (personal identification number) before you can set or change any of the Programme Rating Lock restrictions.

How to watch a restricted programme or movie

If the product is tuned to a restricted programme or movie, the Programme Rating Lock will block it. The screen will go blank and the popup message appears. Enter the PIN to unblock the programme or movie using your remote.

Change PIN

MENU System Change PIN

The Change PIN screen will appear. Choose any 4 digits for your PIN and enter them in the Enter New PIN. Reenter the same 4 digits in the Confirm New PIN. When the Confirm screen disappears, select Close. The product has memorised your new PIN.

Channel Lock

MENU Broadcasting Channel Lock

The PIN input screen appears. Enter your 4-digit PIN, the default of which is "0-0-0-0".

Lock channels in Channel menu, to prevent unauthorise users, such as children, from watching unsuitable programme. "" Available only when the Source is set to TV.
