•Usar el aparato solamente como está indicado en este folleto.

Estas instrucciones no pretenden abarcar todas las posibles condiciones y situaciones que puedan presentarse.

Es necesario, siempre, recurrir al buen juicio y a la prudencia en la instalación, funcionamien- to y conservación de cada electrodoméstico.

•Este aparato ha sido fabricado para acondicionar los ambientes domésticos y no debe ser utilizado para otros fines.

•Es peligroso modificar o alterar de cualquier forma las características del aparato.

•Se tiene que instalar el aparato de acuerdo a las reglas de instalación internacionales.

•Para eventuales reparaciones diríjanse siempre a los centros de Asistencia Técnica autoriza- dos por el fabricante. Las reparaciones efectuadas por personal no especializado pueden resultar peligrosas.

•Este aparato debe ser utilizado exclusivamente por los adultos, no permitan que los niños jue- guen con él.

•En el caso que el cable de alimentación se dañe, lo tiene que cambiar sólo personal autorizado por el fabricante.

•Este aparato debe estar conectado con una eficaz puesta a tierra. Hagan controlar la insta- lación a un electricista especializado.

•Eviten utilizar las prolongas para el cable de alimentación eléctrica.

•Antes de cualquier operación de limpieza o conservación, desenchufen siempre el aparato.

•No tirar del cable de alimentación eléctrica para desplazar el producto.

•No instalen el aparato en ambientes donde el aire puede contener gas, aceite, azufre, o cerca de fuentes de calor.

•No pongan objetos pesados o calientes encima del aparato.

• Limpien los filtros por lo menos cada semana.

•Eviten utilizar aparatos de calefacción cerca del acondicionador.

•Si no es posible transportar el aparato en posición vertical, sujételo sobre un plano inclinado. Procure no colocarlo en posición horizontal.

Antes del transporte vacíen los recipientes de recogida del agua y de la condensación. Tras el transporte esperar por lo menos una hora antes de poner en marcha el aparato.

•Los materiales usados para el embalaje son reciclables. Se aconseja, por lo tanto, de volver- los a poner en sus correspondientes contenedores para la recogida diferenciada.
