DO NOT UTILIZE THE HEATING UNIT WITHOUT REASONABLE ROUTINE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND SUPERVISION. IF THE UNIT IS IN A BUILDING THAT IS OR WILL BE VACANT, CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO ROUTINELY INSPECT, MAINTAIN AND MONITOR THE UNIT. IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUILDING MAY BE EXPOSED TO FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND WILL BE VACANT, DRAIN ALL WATER­ BEARING PIPES, PROPERLY WINTERIZE THE BUILDING AND TURN OFF ALL WATER SOURCES.
