If your air conditioner fails to operate, please follow these procedures prior to contacting customer service.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR REPAIR THE AIR CONDITIONER YOURSELF. DOING SO COULD VOID THE WARRANTY AND CAUSE DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY.
