For remote-ready models. Allows the gas log heater to be turned on and off by using a hand-held remote control.

WALL THERMOSTAT

PART# PE 400142

The desired comfort setting can be se- lected on the wall thermostat and the log heater will automatically cycle from pilot to the heat setting selected.

SERVICE HINTS

When Gas Pressure Is Too Low

Pilot will not stay lit

Burners will have delayed ignition

Heater will not produce specified heat

When Gas Quality Is Bad

Pilot will not stay lit

Burners will produce flames and soot

Heater will backfire when lit

You may feel your gas pressure is too low or gas quality is bad. If so, contact your local gas supplier.
