9, Push in control knob all the way and hold down. Immediately light the pilot with a match.Continueto hold control knob in for about one (1) minuteafter the pilot is lit. Releaseknoband it will pop back up.

Pilot shouldremainlit. If it goes out, repeat steps3 through8.
