PolarizedPlug

To reducethe risk of electricshock,this appliancehas a polarizedplug (onebladeis wider than the other) . This plug will fit in a polarizedoutlet only one way . lf the plug doesnot fit fully in the outlet, reversethe plug . lf it still does not fit, contact a qualified electricianto install the proper outlet . Do not changethe plug in any way .

CordRelease

Fully unwind the power cord . A yellow mark on the power cord indicatesthe recommendedcord l e n g t h .D o n o t exceedthe cord length beyond the red mark .

On/off Pedal

1 .lnsert the plug into the electrical outlet .

2 . Pressthe on/ off pedal located on the top of the vacuum cleaner,to turn on the vacuum cleanerand press the pedal again to turn the vacuum cleaneroff.

Attach the Power Nozzleto the end of the telescopic wand tube . For largecarpetedareas .
