module nvData reset command, by inserting the module into a CoreBuilder 9000 chassis, by doing a warm reset, by running service diagnostics, and so forth) or a backplane port is disabled and then reenabled, the links to the switch fabric module no longer go down on some occasions and are now always reestablished. Downloading Release 3.0.1 software to the 9-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch Fabric Module (Model Number 3CB9FG9) or 24-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch Fabric Module, 12 trunks (Model Number 3CB9FG24T) resolves this problem. (30063)
