Operating Instructions

Switching off the dishwasher

When the wash programme has ended, a beam of light will display a

red dot on the floor beneath the appliance’s door. Do not open the

dishwasher door before this optical signal illuminates.

3

The spot-control light signal is not dangerous as it is not a laser light.

3

If the appliance has been installed higher up with a furniture door

mounted flush, the optical signal will no longer be visible.

If the acoustic signal has been enabled, a continuous tone will sound

for 15 seconds at the end of the dishwashing cycle.

1

Hot steam may escape if the door is opened immediately after the cycle

has ended. Therefore:

0 1. Open the door carefully.

2.Switch off the dishwasher by pressing the ON/OFF button. All display indicators will go out.

If you do not switch off the dishwasher, the acoustic signal will sound again 3 minutes later and 6 minutes later.

3 Removing the dishes

Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks. The dishes should therefore be allowed to cool before they are removed.

Leave the dishes in the dishwasher for approximately 15 minutes fol- lowing the end of the cycle to enable better drying and cooling down of dishes.

Empty the lower rack first, then the upper rack. This will avoid water spots, which are caused by remaining water in the upper rack drip- ping onto the dishes in the lower rack.

Care and Cleaning

1

Do not under any circumstances use furniture care products or aggres-

sive cleaners.

• If necessary, clean the controls only with a soft cloth and pure warm water.

• Occasionally check the internal containers, door seal, and water inlet for soiling, clean if necessary.
