Makes 6 servings

2 cups (500 ml) mango cubes (fresh or frozen, partially thawed)

12 cup (125 ml) tequila

13 cup (75 ml) Triple Sec or Cointreau® 13 cup (75 ml) fresh lime juice

4tablespoons (60 ml) superfine sugar

2cups (500 ml) ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender jar in order listed. Place cover on blender jar. Turn blender On. Press High and blend for 30 to 40 seconds until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture. Turn blender off. Serve immediately.

Pour the cranberry juice into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Place the vodka, lime juice, Triple Sec and frozen cranberry cubes

For Frozen Fruit Daiquiris, add 2-3 cups (500-750 ml) fruit (strawber- ries, peaches, melon, etc.) cut into 1" (2.5 cm) pieces. For a more pro- nounced fruit flavour, freeze additional fruit in cubes and use in place of ice cubes.
