RECETAS – BEBIDAS REFRESCANTES

PASTA CON SALSA ESTILO PROVENZAL

Sirve 4

4 tomates

2 tallos de perejíl

1 tallo de apio

2 dientes grandes de ajo

1 cebolla pequeña cortada

1 pimiento rojo, remover la base y semillas

1 cucharada de pasta de tomate

4 onzas (120ml) de vino tinto

2 cucharaditas de orégano seco

1.1 libra (500 gramos) pasta cocida

3 cucharadas de queso Parmesano rallado

1.Procese los tomates, perejíl, apio, ajo, cebolla y pimiento rojo.

2.Licue la pasta del tomate con el vino tinto, revuelva con el jugo extraído.

3.Vierta en un sartén y cocine a fuego medio de 3 a 4 minutos.

4.Agregue la pasta y zarandee hasta cubrir la pasta. Divida la mezcla en 4 tazones.

5.Espolvoree con orégano y Queso Parmesano. Sirva inmediatamente.

BEBIDA DE YOGURT DE MANGO, MELÓN Y NARANJA

1 mango a la mitad sin cáscara y hueso

1⁄2 melón pequeño sin cáscara y semillas partido en 2 partes iguales

5 naranjas sin cáscara

2 cucharadas de yogurt natural

1.Procese el mango, melón y naranjas en el extractor 800 Class.

2.Vierta rápidamente en tazón grandel yogurt. Sirva inmediatamente.

BEBIDA REFRESCANTE DE CHABACANO Y PERA CHISPEANTE

Sirve 4

4 chabacanos grandes en mitades y sin hueso

3 peras grandes

8 onzas (250 ml) agua mineral

1 taza de hielo triturado

1.Procesar los chabacanos y peras en el extractor 800 Class.

2.Agregar el hielo en 4 vasos altos.

3.Divida el jugo extraído entre los vasos.

4.Agregue agua mineral y mezcle.

Sirva inmediatamente.

RASPADO DE FRESA, MELÓN Y FRUTA DE LA PASIÓN

1⁄2 melón sin cáscara y semillas dividido en 2 porciones iguales

8 onzas (250 gramos) de fresas sin el tallo

pulpa de 2 frutas de la pasión

1 taza de hielo triturado

1.Procese el melón y fresas en el extractor 800 Class.

2.Agregue la pulpa de la fruta de la pasión

3.Agregue hielo en 4 vasos, vierta por encima del jugo y mezcle bien todo.

Sirva inmediatamente.

MEZCLA TROPICAL

Sirve 4

2 mangos a la mitad sin cáscara y hueso

3 kiwi sin cáscara

1⁄2 piña pequeña sin cáscara y a la mitad 1⁄2 taza de hojas de menta

1 taza de hielo triturado

1.Procese los mangos, kiwi, piña y la menta en Fuente de Jugos.

2.Agregue hielo en 4 vasos, vierta por encima del jugo y mezcle bien todo.

Sirva inmediatamente.
