11/2 cups (355 mL) buttermilk

1cup (235 mL) frozen unsweetened strawberries

1 cup (235 mL) milk

3medium bananas, broken into quarters

3tbs (45 mL) orange marmalade

Place ingredients in pitcher. Cover and blend at LIQUEFY 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth.

Yield: 5 servings (1 cup [235 mL] per serving).

For 56 oz (1.75 L) pitcher:

Place 21/4 cups (535 mL) buttermilk, 11/4 cups (295 mL) frozen unsweetened strawberries, 11/4 cups (295 mL) milk, 4 medium bananas (broken into quarters), and

1/3 cup (80 mL) orange marmalade in pitcher. Continue with directions above.
