Le porte-filtre n’est pas engagé à fond.

Le joint est sale et doit être nettoyé.

Le joint manque d’élasticité, le remplacer.

Il y a des résidus de café sur le pourtour du porte-filtre.

Problème :

2.L’espresso ne coule pas.

Cause :

Il n’y a pas d’eau dans le chauffe-eau.

Il n’y a pas de café dans le porte-filtre.

Le filtre est obstrué parce que le café est trop finement moulu ou trop tassé.

Problème :

3.La vapeur ne s’échappe pas de la buse.

Cause :

Il n’y a pas suffisamment d’eau dans le chauffe-eau.

La buse est obstruée (consulter la section « Nettoyer l’accessoire à cappuccino »).

Problème :

4.Le lait ne mousse pas suffisamment.

Cause :

L’extrémité de la buse touche le fond du récipient.

La buse est obstruée : les petits trous sur la partie supérieure du socle en plastique de l’accessoire à cappuccino sont obstrués (consulter la section « Nettoyer l’accessoire à cappuccino »).

Le lait n’est pas assez gras ou pas assez froid (plus de 8°C).

Pour de meilleurs résultats .....

....Toujours utiliser de l’eau fraîche et froide

(l’eau chaude peut être croupie et contenir des dépôts de minéraux qui peuvent altérer la saveur du café).

... Il est recommandé de moudre le café soi- même. Des grains fraîchement moulus offrent un arôme et une saveur plus riches. Utiliser une cuillère à mesurer KRUPS de grains par tasse.

....Servir le café aussitôt qu’il est prêt.

....Ne jamais réchauffer le café.
