1 egg
¼ cup sugar
1 cup self raising flour
¾cup milk butter for frying

Raspberry coulis | Makes: 1 cup |
300g frozen raspberries, thawed ¼ cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons cointreau or triple sec
1.Place both blades into chopper bowl. Place half the berries, sugar and cointreau in the bowl. Place lid firmly on. Process on Speed 2 until well combined. Transfer to a bowl.
Repeat with remaining berries.
