Cook food to desired doneness and/or use timer. See “Grilling Chart.” Visit foodsafety.org for more information on safe internal cooking temperatures.

Timer will count down. Beep will sound when timer reaches zero. NOTE: The grill will not turn off when food reaches desired tem- perature. After one hour, grill will automatically turn off.
