Your fryer is configured at the factory for either natural gas or Propane (LP) gas. If you desire to switch from one type of gas to another, a Factory Authorized Service Center technician must install a gas conversion kit.

Call Frymaster Service (1-800-551-8633) to determine the conversion kit appropriate for your configuration and altitude. Contact your local FASC to order the kit and arrange for installation.
