CHAPTER 7: TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1 Introduction

This section provides an easy reference guide to some of the common problems that may occur during the operation of this equipment. Although this chapter covers the most common problems reported, you may encounter problems, which are not addressed. Verify that electrical cords are plugged in and that circuit breakers are on;

Verify that frypot drain valves are fully closed;

Verify that gas line is properly connected.

oil from one container to another.

Inspection, testing, and repair of electrical components should be performed only by qualified service personnel. The equipment should be unplugged when servicing, except when electrical tests are required.

NEVER use open flame to melt solidified shortening-blockage in the filtration

system. Open flame increases the chance of fire and operator injury.
