Installation of K059 on the McQuay Condenser:

1.Lubricate female fittings with refrigerant oil and install valve assembly on any one of the three sets of quick-connect fittings provided on the "Mac 6".

2.Remove the two right-hand screws on the condenser bulkhead mounting plate, install mounting bracket, and replace screws.

3.Using bolts, washers, and nuts provided, bolt the enclosure/head master assembly to the mounting bracket.

4.Install the top cover to the assembly using the screws provided.

5.The McDonald's MRL**502 remote tubing line set attaches to the male fittings provided on the head master kit. Refrigerant oil must be used to lubricate the fittings.

6.Leak check all joints.

7.Use large screwdriver, socket extension, etc. to support the enclosure when torquing down the refrigerant line fittings.
