Mains operation

Before connecting the mains, ensure that the loudspeakers and any other audio components are connected. Please disconnect the mains supply before making any changes to the audio connections.

1.Place your sound system on a fl at surface.

2.Plug the mains lead into the Socket located on the rear of your radio ensuring that the plug is pushed fully into the socket.

3.Plug the other end of the mains lead into a wall socket and switch on the wall socket.

4.The clock digits on the display will fl ash.

5.To set the clock refer to page 9.

Please note the time must be set before the alarm function can be used.

The mains plug is used to connect your apparatus to the AC mains supply. In order to completely disconnect the apparatus from the AC mains supply, the mains plug should be removed from the mains socket outlet.
