It’s a good idea to wipe the control panel after each use, Cleanwith mild soapand wateror vinegarand water,rinse withcleanwaterand polishdry with a softcloth.

Do not use abrasive cleansers, strong liquid cleaners, plastic scouring pads or oven cleansers on the control panel—theywill damagethe finish. A 50/50solutionof vinegarand hot waterworkswell.

MicrowaveOven

Outside

*Cleanthe outsideof the microwaveovenwith soapand a dampcloth,thenrinsewith a damp clothand dry.Wipethe windowcleanwith a damp cloth.Chromeis best wipedwith a dampclothand then with a dry towel.

Inside

*Keepthe microwaveovencleanand sweet- smelling.Openingthe oven doora few minutesafter cookinghelpsair out the insideof the microwave. An occasionalthoroughwipingwith a solutionof bakingsodaand waterkeepsthe insidefresh.

Spillsand spattersare easy to removefrom walls andfloor.That’sbecausethere’slittleheatexcept in the food,or sometimesin the cookware.Some spatterswipeup with a papertowel,somemay requirea dampcloth.Removegreasyspatterswith a sudsycloth,thenrinse and dry.

Wipe up spatters on the window on the inside

of the door daily. Whenthe windowis soiled,wash it with a dampcloth.Rinsethoroughlyand dry.

Probe MicrowaveOven

Thetemperatureprobemay be cleanedwith soapand wateror a soap-filledscouringpad. Coolthe temperatureprobebeforecleaning.Scourstubborn spotswiti a soap-filledscouringpad, rinseand dry.

Do not immerse the temperature probe in water. Do not store the temperature probe in the oven.

Use Bon Ami@brand cleanser.Highheatgenerated on the bottomof the Brown ‘N Sear Dish can causestainsto bakeonto the oven floorif grease is present.Thesemay be removedwith Bon Ami” brandcleanser.Afterusingthis cleanser,rinse and dry thoroughly,followinginstructions.
