Do not leave cooktop unattended during “preheat” (switches turned to “HI”) or anvtime the switches are turned to” “HI” with food on the Grill or Griddle.

1.Preheat 5 minutes on HI before cooking (except for rare steaks and hamburgers preheat 10 minutes).
