Wire size for the main incom ing power to the uni t must match the minimum size list ed in the specifications applicable to the specif ic oven model. For supply con nec tions, locate the wire size posted on the label located near the elect ric terminal bloc k behi nd the service panel or elsew here list ed in this manual. Bef ore atte mpting the electr ical connec tion , the rating plate shou ld be chec ked to ens ure that the electri cal character isti cs of the applian ce and the electri cal supply cha racteri stics agree.

Ins tallation of the wiring must be made in acc ordance with U.L. 197 Commercial Elec tric Cook ing Appliance Standards, Local and/ or National Electri cal Code, ANSI /NFPA 70-1990. Ser vice line entry is made through the rear of the oven for conn ecti on to the term inal block . Remo ve the serv ice panel on the right side of the oven for acc ess to the terminal block.

The oven is wired at the facto ry for either sing le phase or three phase service as indicated on the original purchase order. Input voltage and phase must match the voltage and phase of the oven . Visually check all electri cal connections .
