Starting a Washing Programme

1.Check that the baskets have been loaded correctly and that the spray arms can rotate freely

2.Turn on the water tap

3.Close the dishwasher door

4.Press the On/Off button

The On/Off indicator light and all the programme indicator lights illuminate.

The opening of the door during the countdown will not modify the delay start.

Once the delay start has elapsed the programme will start automatically.

Note: With the delay start function set, the “Programme time” back light is off. Once the countdown of the delay start has elapsed, the washing programme will start automatically and the “Programme time” back light will illuminate.

Note: it is possible to select a washing programme and the delay start with the door open.

In this case the start of the programme or the count- down will only commence after the closure of the door. Until that moment it is possible to modify the settings made.

5.Setting and starting the programme

To select a programme, press the button of the programme you wish to select, (see "Washing programmes" chart), the indicator light of the selected programme button remains illuminated while the other programme indicator lights turn off. In the digital display will appear, flashing, the running time of the programme that has been set (in minutes).

The indicator lights of the phases foreseen for that programme and the “Programme time” back light will illuminate.

Select, if desired, within 3 seconds, the “Half load” option (be sure that the option is available with the selected washing programme).

After about 3 seconds from the last pressure of a button the programme starts automatically.

In the digital display the running time of the programme is no longer flashing, the Programme time back light remains illuminated and the indicator lights of the phases will turn off except for the phase underway.

Setting and starting the programme with the delay start

The setting of the delay start occurs before selecting the programme

Press the delay start button until the flashing number of the hours for the delay start will appear in the digital display (from 1h to 19h).

“Delay start” back light illuminates.

Select a washing programme (see “Washing programmes” chart). In the digital display will appear, for a moment, the running time of the programme and then again appears the selected delay start time.

As soon as the number of hours is displayed without flashing, the countdown for the delay start is active.The countdown will decrease with steps of 1 hour.

6.To interrupt or cancel a washing programme in progress

Interrupt or cancel a washing programme in progress ONLY if it’s absolutely necessary.

Attention! Hot steam may escape when the door is opened. Open the door carefully.

Interrupt a washing programme in progress

a)Open the dishwasher door; the programme will stop. Close the door; the programme will start from the point at which it was interrupted.

b)Press the On/Off button, in this case all the indicator lights turn off. Press the On/Off button again; the programme will start from the point at which it was interrupted.

Cancel a washing programme in progress

To cancel a washing programme you have to reset the dishwasher; press simultaneously function buttons 1 and 2 for about 2 seconds.After about 2 seconds all the programme indicator lights will illuminate indicating that the running programme has been cancelled.

If a new washing programme is to be selected, check that there is detergent in the detergent dispenser.

7.To cancel a delay start

To cancel a delay start in progress you have to reset the dishwasher; follow the same instructions given in “Cancel a washing programme in progress”. Cancelling a delay start involves also the cancelling of the washing programme set.

In this case you have to set the washing programme again.
