The anti-tip bracket

The range will not tip during normal use. However, tipping can occur if you apply too much force or weight to the open door without the anti-tip bracket properly secured.

*To reduce risk of range tipping over, secure range with properly installed anti-tip bracket supplied with range.

l If range is moved for cleaning or service, check that anti-tip bracket is engaged before using range.

Failure to follow the above precautions could result in personal injury.

To verify the anti-tip bracket is engaged:

l Look under the range (a flashlight may be needed). Check that the anti-tip bracket overlaps the base of the range, in the right rear or left rear corner.
