The OvenVent

Hot air and moisture escape fTom the oven through a vent under the right rear surface unit. You can cook on the unit, or keep food warm on it while the oven is on.

Burn Hazard

If you leave a utensil on the rlght rear rurlace unit, use potholders when removlng lt. Pan handles can become hot enough to burn. Plastic utensils leff over the vent can melt.

The vent is needed for air circulation Do not block the vent. Poor baking can result.
