NOTE: When testing the magnetron, be sure to install the magnetron gasket

in the correct position and be sure that the gasket is in good condition.

HIGH VOLTAGE

Measure the resistance.

Normal: Momentarily indicates

CAPACITOR

(Ohm-meter scale: Rx1000)

several ohms, and

¥ Terminal to terminal.

then gradually returns

to infinite.

Measure the resistance.

Normal: Infinite.

(Ohm-meter scale: Rx1000)

¥ Terminal to case.

HIGH VOLTAGE

Measure the continuity (Forward).

Normal: Continuity.

DIODE

(Ohm-meter scale: Rx10000)

Abnormal: Infinite.

NOTE :

Some inexpensive meters

may indicate infinite

resistance in both direction.

Measure the continuity (Reverse).

Normal: Infinite.

(Ohm-meter scale: Rx10000)

Abnormal: Continuity.
