Gul’a para la Conservacih de 10s Alimentos

Existe una manera correcta de guardar y empaquetar el aliment0 refrigerado o congelado. Para mantener el alimento m&s fresco, durante rn6s tiempo, estudie bs pasos que se recomiendan a continuacbn.

Almacenamiento de alimentos frescos

Envuelva o guarde el alimento en el refrfgerador en material o envases herm6ticos o a prueba de humedad. Esto evita que el obr y el s&or del alimento circule a traves del refrigerador. Para bs productos que tienen fecha de caducidad, veriiique la fecha en c&dig0 para asegurar su frescura.

Las verduras con hojas

Saque h envoltura original y elimine bs tallos 0 Breas descobrfdas o maltratadas. Lave en agua frfa y deje escurrir. Cobque en una bolsa pbstica 0 en un envase de pktico y almacene en el cajon para verduras.

Los vegetales con pie1

(zanahorias, pimientos)

Guardar en el cajon para verduras en holsas plMc.as o en envases de pktico.

Fruta

Lavar, dejar secar y cobcar en el refrigerador en holsas de pbstico o en el compartimiento de las verduras. No lavar o limpiar las frutillas hasta que no esten listas para ser usadas.
