SHIFT + CTN/SGL

= [PROGRAM]:Enters the program edit mode and program play mode.

SHIFT + TEMPO/BPM

= [FX RANGE]:Selects the effect beat parameter (after an effect is selected).

SHIFT + TIME/ENTER

=[RECALL DISPLAY]: Selects the parameter display mode and enters the track memory recall mode.

SHIFT + PITCH RANGE

= [BANK]: Selects the memory bank for the track memory (A-E).

SHIFT + MEMORY/CUE

= [MEMO INS]:Enters the track memory store mode.

SHIFT + SAMPLE

=[O— /O—O]:Selects the sampler play mode a.k.a. Loop Mode. (single sample / con- tinuous loop sample)

SHIFT + LOOP

= [REPEAT DEL]: Selects the repeat play mode and deletes tracks while in memory mode.

SHIFT + PLAY/PAUSE

=[RELAY PLAY]: Toggles the RELAY PLAY function on and off.

SHIFT + CUE

= [AUTO CUE]:Toggles the AUTO CUE function on and off.

SHIFT + JOG:

Enters preset menu mode.

13. OPEN/CLOSE [RESET] Button

Opens and closes the appropriate tray. When DIRECT mode is off (in preset menu) and disc is being played back, these buttons cannot be used.

Pressing and holding the SHIFT button then pressing this button clears all track memories and ini- tializes the preset menu.

14. LCD

Displays visual feedback for C.504 functions.

15. CTN/SGL [PROGRAM] Button

Selects the play mode, either continuous or single mode.

Pressing and holding the SHIFT button then pressing this button enters the program edit mode and program play mode.

When unit is in single play mode, “SGL” indicator in the LCD will light. When unit is in program play mode, “PGM” indicator in the LCD will light.
