(up to 9-1/2 lbs [4.3 kg])

by immersing in cold water. Remove giblets when chicken is partially defrosted.

Cut Up

Place on a microwavable roasting rack.

 

Finish defrosting by immersing in cold water.

 

 

Cornish Hens

 

Whole

Place on a microwavable roasting rack. Finish defrosting by immersing in cold water.
