To make sure your microwave oven looks good and works well for a long time, you should maintain it properly. To do so. please follow these instructions carefully.

Cleaning the microwave oven

Wipe often with warm, sudsy water and a sponge or paper towel. The glass turntable may be removed for cleaning; however, this oven is designed to operate with the turntable in place. Do not operate the microwave oven when turntable is removed for cleaning. See page 31 for further information about the turntable.

For stubborn soil, boil a cup of water in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes. Steam will soften the soil.

r’ Be sure to keep the areas clean where the door and oven frame touch when closed. Use only mild, nonabrasive soaps or detergents applied with a sponge or paper towel when cleaning surfaces. Rinse well.

Product Damage Hazard Abrasive cleansers, steel-wool pads, gritty wash cloths, etc., can damage the control panel and interior and exterior oven surfaces. Use a sponge with a mild deter- gent or a paper towel with spray glass cleaner. Apply spray glass cleaner to paper

1towel; do not spray directly on oven.

To clean turntable and support, wash in mild, sudsy water; for heavily soiled areas use a mild cleanser and scouring sponge. The turntable ano~8 turntable support are dishwasher-safe.
