1.Put the lower oven rack(s) where you want them and place the food In the oven

2.Make sure the clock IS set to the right time of day

SPECIAL CAUTION:

Use foods thal will not go bad or spoil while waiting tor cooking to start. Avoid using dishes with milk or eggs, cream soups, cooked meats or fish, or any item with baking powder or yeqst.

Smoked or frozen meats may be used;

so can vegetables, fruits and casserole-

type foods. Vegetables can be cooked in
