Before calling a service technician to as- sist with a problem please check:

The main distribution board. See if a circuit breaker has tripped or a fuse has blown.

The wall socket.

Have the filters been cleaned?

Is the chimney blocked?

Remember that you may be charged for a service call even during the warranty pe- riod if the fault is due to or caused by any of the above.
