Speaker Position

This menu allows you to enter the

distance from your listening position

to the various speakers. The TGIV will

then automatically adjust and correct

the speaker delay times. The sound

from each speaker should arrive at

the listener at the correct time. The

distance measurement is not criti-

cal, and a visual estimate is usually

adequate.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Measure or visually estimate

(in feet and inches) how far

each speaker is away from the

center listening position of your

home theater.

2. In the OSD menu, use the

remote control joystick arrow

buttons to enter the distance

in feet and inches for each

speaker.
