A - HOOD directs heat and smoke into the hood’s internal blower system. The blower forces heat and smoke from cooking into the chimney.

B - CONTROL PANEL - controls the hood’s various features.

C - FILTER(S) - Stainless steel baffle filters prevent grease and grime from get- ting into the blower(s). The number and type of filters depends on the model. D - LIGHTS - Two 20 Watt halogen lights. Located below the hood, in front of the stainless steel baffle filter.
