CLÁUSULA DE EXENCIÓN

1.INSPECCIONE CUIDADOSAMENTE TODOS LOS ARTÍCULOS VERIFICANDO QUE NO EXISTAN DAÑOS ANTES DE ACEPTAR LA ENTREGA. ANOTE CUALQUIER DAÑO EN LA FACTURA DE TRANSPORTE O EN EL RECIBO. PIDA EL NOMBRE Y FIRMA DEL AGENTE DE TRANSPORTE Y CONSERVE UNA COPIA PARA RESPALDAR SU RECLAMO.

Al momento de aceptar los artículos, el propietario asume la responsabilidad de que lleguen de manera segura. Reporte los daños al transportista y presente un reclamo inmediatamente. El no hacerlo podría resultar en un rechazo de su reclamo. El transportista le entregará los formularios necesarios para presentar un reclamo.

LOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS DURANTE EL TRANSPORTE NO SE ENCUENTRAN CUBIERTOS BAJO NUESTRA GARANTÍA.

2.POR FAVOR, ¡INSPECCIONE LOS CONTENIDOS DEL PAQUETE(S) CUIDADOSAMENTE AL RECIBIRLOS! Se nos deberá notificar por escrito sobre cualquier daño y/o piezas faltantes dentro del periodo de días establecidos luego de haber recibido su paquete(s). Contacte a su distribuidor o concesionario KOBE o llame a KOBE para obtener información sobre el límite de tiempo.

LOS RECLAMOS NO SERÁN ACEPTADOS DESPUÉS DEL PERIODO DE DÍAS ESTABLECIDOS.

NOTA: LOS ARTÍCULOS FUERON SOMETIDOS A PRUEBAS Y EMPACADOS CUIDADOSAMENTE EN NUESTRA FABRICA ANTES DE SU ENVÍO.

3.Los productos deberán ser devueltos en buen funcionamiento con TODAS las piezas y documentación originales empacados en TODOS los cartones, rellenos y cajas de envío originales. Se cobrará una tarifa por reposición de existencias del 25% para todas las devoluciones aprobadas.

LOS CAMBIOS O DEVOLUCIONES PODRÍAN NO ACEPTARSE SI FALTARA ALGÚN MATERIAL DE EMPAQUE.

4.ASEGÚRESE DE INSPECCIONAR LA CAMPANA VERIFICANDO QUE NO EXISTAN DAÑOS O DEFECTOS ANTES DE INSTALARLA. Las imperfecciones en la apariencia de la campana que se encuentren después de que ésta haya sido instalada y que no afecten el rendimiento de la misma, no se encuentran cubiertas bajo nuestra garantía sobre devoluciones o cambios. Las visitas de servicio que no se encuentran cubiertas bajo la garantía incurrirán un cargo por servicio.

A)Antes de la Instalación: Envíe de vuelta para cambio o reembolso (por favor consultar lo anterior para averiguar sobre las devoluciones aceptadas).

B)Después de la Instalación: NO habrá ningún cambio ni reembolso.
