Baking

Do not lock the oven door with the latch during baking, The latch is used for self-cleaning only.

Your oven temperature is controlled very accurately using an oven control system. It is recommended that you operate the oven for a number of weeks to become familiar with your new oven's performance, If you think an adjustment is necessary, see the Adjust the Oven Thermostat section,

How to Set Your Range for Baking

To avoid possible burns, place the shelves in the correct position before you turn the oven on._

1.Press the BAKE pad.

2.Press the ,A or V pads until the desired temperature is displayed,,

3.Press the START pad.

The oven will start automatically. The display will show PRE while preheating., When the oven reaches the selected temperature, the oven control wilt beep several times and the disptay will show the oven temperature..

To change the oven temperature during BAKE cycte, press the BAKE pad and then the _ or _'pads to get the new temperature,

4.Check food for aloneness at minimum time on recipe., Cook longer if necessary.

5.Press the STOP/CLEAR pad when baking is finished and then remove the food from the oven.

Oven Shelves

Arrange the oven shelf or shelves in the desired locations while the oven is cool, The correct sheff position depends on the kind of food and the browning desired. As a general rule, place most foods in the middle of the

oven, on either shelf position B or C,, See the following chart for suggested shelf positions.
