RISOTTO AU POULET ET AUX ÉPINARDS

15 mL d’huiled’oliveviergeextra	540 mL d’eau ou de bouillonde poulet
Sel casheret poivre	50 mL de parmesanrâpé
500 g de poitrinesde pouletsans peau ou os,	180 mL de riz superfinoarboriocru,
coupéesen morceauxde 2,5 cm	à grainsmoyens
720 mL de feuillesd’épinardssoigneusement
lavéeset essoréesà l’aided’essuie-tout

1.Chauffez l’huile d’olive dans un plat à sauter.

2.Faites revenir le poulet sur toutes les faces – le centre des morceaux doit perdre sa couleur rosée. Retirez du feu et réservez.

3.Mettez les épinards, le riz et le liquide dans la CUVE puis réglez le cuit- riz au mode de cuisson (COOK).

4.Quand l’appareil passe au mode GARDE-AU-CHAUD,incorporezle poulet et le fromage en remuant.

5.Remettez le COUVERCLE et laissez étuver le riz 5 minutes de plus, toujours au réglage GARDE-AU-CHAUD.

6.Assaisonnez au goût de sel casher et de poivre noir frais moulu.
