AJUSTE DE NIVEL DE LA CUBIERTA DE LA PODADORA

ADVERTENCIA

Antes de verificar la podadora, apague el PTO y el

motor. Permita que se detengan todas las partes en movimiento. Quite la llave del encendido, luego

desconecte el cable de la bujia y suj_telo lejos de la bujia.

Si el corte es desigual, es posible que necesite nivelar la podadora. La causa del corte desigual puede set que la presi6n de las Ilantas sea desigual o inadecuada. Vea VERIFICAR LA PRESlON DE LAS LLANTAS.

1.Con la podadora instalada, coloque el tractor en una superficie lisa y nivelada como un piso de concreto. Gire las ruedas delanteras para que apunten hacia adelante. Apague el motor, ponga el freno de mano en PARK y espere a que se detengan todas las partes en movimiento.

2.Verifique que las aspas no est6n dobladas y reem- pl_.celas si es necesario.

3.Verifique la presi6n de las Ilantas. Vea VERIFICAR LA PRESlON DE LAS LLANTAS.

4.Ajuste la altura de corte a posici6n media. Coloque las aspas de la podadora de modo que apunten de un lado a otto (Figura 34).

5.Mida la distancia entre las puntas de las aspas exter- nas y el suelo (Figuras 33 y 34). Si hay una diferencia mayor a 1/8" (3mm) entre las medidas en cada lado, proceda con el paso 6. Si la diferencia es de 1/8"

(3ram) o menos, proceda con el Nivelado de Adelante hacia Atras.

6.Vea la Figura 35. Afloje la tuerca exterior (A) y tornil- Io "taptite" (C), luego gire la tuerca exc6ntrica (B) para subir o bajar el lado izquierdo de la cubierta. Cuando la cubierta de la podadora este nivelada, sostenga la tuerca exc6ntrica mientras apriete la tuerca exterior. Apriete el tornillo "taptite" (C).
