MAINTENANCE	PB-760 LN H/T

Cleaning Cylinder Fins

1.Disconnect spark plug lead from spark plug.

2.Remove air filter cover.

3.Remove muffler cover (A)

4.Remove engine cover (B)

5.Clean cylinder fins (C) to allow cooling air to pass freely

6.Install engine cover and muffler cover.

7.Install air filter cover.

8.Connect spark plug lead.

Exhaust System

Spark Arrestor Screen

Level 2.

Parts Required: Spark Arrestor Screen, Gasket

Carbon deposits in muffler will cause a drop in engine output and overheating. Spark arrestor screen must be checked periodically.

1.Disconnect spark plug lead from spark plug

2.Remove muffler cover (A).

3.Remove spark arrestor cover (B), gasket (C) and spark arrestor screen (D) from muffler. Replace screen if plugged with carbon deposits.

Note: When cleaning carbon deposits, be careful not to damage the catalytic element inside muffler.

4.Install spark arrestor screen, gasket, and spark arrestor cover.

5.Install muffler cover.

6.Connect spark plug lead.
