CARE AND MAINTENANCE

MOWER DECK REMOVAL

1.Remove mower deck drive belt from clutch. To relieve belt tension, loosen nut on tensioner eyebolt.

2.Move deck into lowest cut position and support deck with blocks.

3.Remove nut from each of the four hanger bolts (suspended from chains). Remove hanger bolts from deck slots.

4.Remove hardware attaching trailer arms to rear of deck.

5.Slide deck from beneath chassis.

6.Reverse procedure to reinstall deck to chassis.
