OPERATION

4. Getting On and Off the Tractor

Do not mount or dismount the Tractor while the tractor is moving. Mount the Tractor only when the Tractor and all moving parts are completelystopped.

Before getting onto the tractor, the operator must read and completely understand the implement and tractor operator manuals. If any part of either manual is not completely understood, consult an authorized dealer for a complete explanation. OPS-L- 0022

4.1 Boarding the Tractor

Never allow children or other persons to ride on the Tractor or Implement.

Falling off can result in serious injury or death.

Never grasp control levers when mounting the machine. (SBH-4)

Use both hands and equipped handrails and steps for support when boarding the tractor. Never use control levers for support when mounting the tractor. Seat yourself in the operator’s seat and secure the seat belt around you.

Never allow passengers to ride on the tractor or attached equipment. Riders can easily fall off and be seriously injured or killed from falling off and being ran over. It is the operator’s responsibility to forbid all extra riders at all times. OPS-L- 0023
