FRONT END LOADER PRE-OPERATION Inspection

Before conducting the inspection, make sure the tractor engine is off, all rotation has stopped and the tractor is in park with the parking brake engaged. Make sure the Loader is resting on the ground or securely blocked up and all hydraulic pressure has been relieved.

The Operator’s Manual is in the Canister on the Loader

All Safety Decals are in place and legible

The Mounting frame bolts are in place and tight

The Loader Arms are securely retained in frame mounts

The Loader connection bolts & pins are tight

There are no cracks in Loader Arms or Mounts

The Attachment pins are in place and secure

The Bucket Quick Attach pins pass through the attachment

The Bucket Quick Attach control levers are in the lock position

The Hydraulic Cylinder pins are secured

The Hydraulic hose connections are tight

The Hydraulic Valve hose connections are tight

There are no leaking or damaged hoses

There is no evidence of Hydraulic leaks

The Control Valve Lock functions correctly

The Pivot Pins are properly lubricated

The Loader Storage Stands are in good condition

Operator’s Signature:
