Step 12
1.Make sure the retention clip is aligned with the plastic lug on the retention frame.
2.Carefully push straight down on the clip. This may take more force than the first side.

Carefully turn the cam lever to lock into place.
Step 13
The spring clip must be installed as shown.
Step 15
Ensure the cam lever is locked into the retention frame.
Connect the fan power lead to the proper connector to the motherboard.
