7.0 Assembly and Disassembly

The tool of Assembly and disassembly : 1) Electrostatic gloves 2) Electric screwdriver: the length of screwdriver top is 6±0.5cm and 15±0.5cm ; the diameter of screwdriver top is Φ5*H5mm

Sequence	Item	Photo	Procedures	PN	Description
			1.Take panel out of box and place it
			on the foam;
			2.Tear open the PE bag and put it in

			3. Place panel on the foam like the
				A	V6-00(A)(AUO)HF
			attached picture.
			Remark: Do not touch the lamp cord
			and place the surface of panel
			downsides on the cushion.

	Assemble	Assemble the key board designated	PCBA,KEYPAD
S2	Keypad Pad	location on the Bezel , like the	791401500000R BOARD,LE9D0-612
	and Bezel	attached picture	ROHS

		1.Put the bezel on the form,withing it's
		key board is on the right hands.		ASSY,BEZEL,FRON
S3	Assemble	2.Put the panel with two hands and	714030030100R
	front bezel	put into the bezel carefully , without		T,B,PRINTING,LE24
				Q1
		scratching the panel
