Troubleshooting

Incorrect operations are often mistaken for trouble and malfunctions. If you suspect that something is wrong with the unit, check the list below for sometimes the troubles lie within another component. Remember to try inspecting other components and electrical appliances in use. If the trouble cannot be rectified even after exercising the steps listed below, call our Acesonic service center +1-626-820-0670 to inquire about repairs.
