●Open the water tap.

●Clean the water inlet hose filter.
The door is not properly closed «Please check that the door is closed properly and then press button START».
●Close firmly the door.
The end of the drain hose is too low.
●Refer to relevant paragraph in «water drainage» section.
The drain hose is squashed or kinked. «Cannot drain the water. Please check that the filter is clean and then press button START»
●Check the drain hose connection.
The drain filter is clogged. «Cannot drain the water.
Please check that the filter is clean and then press button START»
●Clean the drain pump.
An option or a programme the ends with the water still in tub or a that eliminates all the spinning phases has been selected.
●Select a draining or spinning programme.
The laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum.
●Redistribute the laundry.
