The E*A*SOS PLUS function reduces skipping or muting of the sound when the unit is subject to shocks.

The player keeps about 10 seconds of playback sound in its memory.

When you start playback, the E*AoSOS PLUS function automatically activates.

To cancel the E*A*S*S PLUS function, press EoA*S*S.

The indication in display disappears.

To activate the E*A*S*S PLUS function again, press E*A*S*S to display the indication.

Note

When the E*A*S*S PLUS function is on, the batteries wear out quickly more than usual.

When E$A*S*S is pressed during playback, the unit will pause for about 2 seconds.
