4.1.3Adjust message settings

You can adjust a set of message settings. From Messaging application

screen, touch Menu icon and touch Settings.

Storage settings
 Delete old	Select to delete old messages when the
messages	maximum number of stored messages is
	reached.

Text message limit Touch to set the number of text messages to be saved per conversation.

MultimediaTouch to set the number of multimedia

message limit messages to be saved per conversation.

Text message (SMS) settings

Delivery reports Select to request a delivery report for each text message you send.

 Manage SIM	Touch to manage the messages stored on SIM
messages	card.

Edit quick text Touch to add or edit message templates.

 SMS storage	Touch to select phone or SIM card to store
location	messages.

Multimedia message (MMS) settings

Delivery reports Select to request a delivery report for each multimedia message you send.

 Read reports	Select to request a report on whether each
	recipient has read a multimedia message sent
	by you.

Send read report Select to request a report on whether the multimedia message is sent out.
